I say go with the Chicco brand. It is a better price, it is brand new, and it looks practically the same as the other one.
Summer probably has better advice than I can offer. They both look way higher quality than anything I had for any of you kids. They both seem to be good quality so I'd probably go for the best deal $ wise.

I just remembered that someone we knew last year bought that same chicco stroller and car seat...At least I'm pretty sure that's the one they had. They moved away for residency and I wasn't super close with her so we don't keep in touch. But before she moved I know she said she really liked her stroller/car seat. One thing she liked was that it was smaller and more narrow than most other car seats/strollers. Anyways, hope that helps!
Okay, since I have no experience with this stuff because I have no kids, I was talking about it to my girlfriends at work. They all said to go with the car seat that is brand new and not used. They said NEVER buy a used car seat. Just for pretty much the same reason that summer was saying, that it is super risky to buy a used car seat because you dont know if it is damaged at all or been in any accidents and that can be really dangerous. And even though there may be nothing wrong with it, there is still that small chance that there IS and that is a big risk to take for your baby : ) I dont even know why I am posting this comment now because you probably have already made your decision by now anyways. : )
